Part 1. Usage Rights
All commissions purchased from me are for Commercial unless otherwise stated!
Commercial use entails (and isn’t limited to): Usage on Merchandise, in streams, in thumbnails (Whether they be for Twitch, youtube or other social media sites), in comics, on websites etc.
Vtuber Related Commissions
Vtuber Related Commissions, such as a Full Vtuber Model, already have Commercial Rights Factored into the price of the commission!
This means that you’re able to use the design for: Merch, Stream Usage, Thumbnails etc. at no extra cost!

I give the full model PSD to the commissioner at the end of the commission process as well, so if the commissioner ever wanted to make edits or commission edits to be done to the PSD by someone else, that would also be completely fine by me!
Part 2. Payment
All commissions purchased from me are for COMMERICAL USE unless otherwise stated!
I ONLY take payment through PayPal invoices at the moment! Sooner or later I will see if I can broaden where else I can take payments! Please provide your correct paypal email when prompted so that the process can go nicely and smoothly!
I ONLY take up front payments! I will only allow payment plans if the commission cost exceeds $200.
I DO NOT start work until full payment is received, unless a payment plan has been discussed beforehand!
Part 3. Turnaround + Updates
The general turnaround time for my commissions is 1 ~ 3 months due to random workloads that may come up from family, or being unable to work due to mental health troubles! (ADHD)
If the commission has a deadline, please let me know! This may end up changing the price depending on how close it is!
I usually work on commissions on stream, but I also work off stream! Please don’t be afraid to poke me if you need an update! :)
All that I ask is that I am not spammed with requests for updates! That tends to get stressful!
Part 4. Refunds
I will be taking NO REFUNDS on work unless I haven’t sent and confirmed with you a finished sketch within 5 months!
If you commission me then:
Ask for a refund right after
Chargeback me
Ghost me
You WILL be added to my blacklist and be unable to commission me for anything else in the future.
On the topic of refunds, I have the right to refund you (or refuse your commission) for any reason!! Be it that I can’t finish your commission for any reason due to health or life things, or if you are genuinely a horrid person while working with me. You will NOT be able to use the art that was provided if I gave you a WIP but gave you a refund for one of these reasons!
Part 5. General Rules
Please keep up with me in DM’s! If you don’t message me, it’s really easy for me to forget to message you! Let’s have mutual interaction to make the commission run quickly and smoothly! :)
If you don’t give me a pose/reference for your piece, I will try my best to come up with a pose/reference that I think fits your character!
I CAN draw:
Complex / Detailed Designs
Anthro (Though it may come out a bit weird since I’m out of practice)
Complex body types etc.
I CAN'T draw:
Heavy Armor
Mecha
Certain Anthro animals
Loli characters
Please don’t be rude! If you are, there is a high chance that you’ll end up getting a refund and put on my blacklist;; We can work out issues without any tension!
Please credit me for my work when it’s done! It doesn’t have to be on the direct post, but in a comment/the description underneath it would still be nice! Especially if it’s being used on social media or Twitch!
Please note that I don’t usually work on Weekends! They’re my break days and I’m really going to need them!
